Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Hey there! I was prepping our food for the week on Sunday and decided to make a breakfast casserole for us to heat up in the mornings to make life simple. Y'all, it is SO good and SO easy! So I thought I would share it with you :)

Ingredients

  • Hashbrowns

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 lb Cooked Sausage

  • 6-10 eggs

  • Beef broth - roughly 3/4 of the can

  • Mustard (to taste)

Instructions

  • Spray 9X9 dish with pam

  • Layer frozen hash browns on bottom

  • Mix in a bowl: eggs, some beef broth for flavor, and mustard to taste.

  • Pour over hash-brown's

  • Then put in your cooked sausage

  • Top it off with cheese!

  • Bake at 350 for 45-60 min

And voila! You have breakfast for the week! What's your favorite weekday breakfast? I usually stick to eggs and an english muffin, but I love to switch up my breakfast every now and then to keep things fresh.
