Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Sorry for the lack of a professional picture haha I wasn't expecting to do a blog post on this recipe, but I'm working with what I've got!!! I have made this chicken spaghetti multiple times now and I have to say it is the BEST!

This meal is great for when you have a large party to serve, or if you are taking a friend or family a meal. It's also great to just prep on Sunday nights and then eat throughout the week! It is fairly large and feeds a lot of people (maybe 8-10 servings worth), so if you're wanting to just make it for yourself I would half the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked, chopped chicken (1 whole rotisserie chicken)

  • 12 oz of spaghetti, cooked and drained

  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans of Cream of Chicken soup

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • 16 oz sour cream

  • 1 stick of butter, melted

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 cup dried parsley

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven 350.

  • Cook Spaghetti, drain.

  • Combine first 12 ingredients. Spread into a lightly greased pan 9X13-in dish (or 2 9X9-in dishes).

  • Top with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.

  • Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes, until bubbly.

Enjoy! If you decide to make it, tag me so I can see and eat vicariously through you! ;)
