Bacon Wrapped Chicken Recipe

Life has been so busy lately.. Coming back from a honeymoon, getting settled into our house, getting into a routine at work and now cooking, cleaning and caring for my guy - my free time is limited! That's why I need really simple, minimal ingredients and low prep meals for dinner throughout the week.

This chicken recipe is perfect for just that. It's easy, SO flavorful, and filling!

Ingredients:

  • 6 Chicken Breast

  • 8oz Sour Cream

  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 6 Bacon Slices (uncooked)

Instructions:

Mix the sour cream and mushroom soup together - set aside.

Wrap bacon around each chicken breast and place in a dish. (The recipe calls for 6 chicken breast, but you can make the meal as big or as little as you need - I chose 4 so that Adam and I could have leftovers).

Spread the soup and sour cream mixture over the top.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. See? Easy Peasy! It was so good that Adam and I couldn't wait to take a picture.

As you can tell, this meal is the opposite of a dry, bland chicken. It has been my go-to when I don't want to buy a ton of groceries and prep a hearty meal. It's quick, yummy and is just as good the next few days as left overs! I usually pair it with a salad or some sort of vegetable and call it done.

I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
